Thank you for shopping at PLUR RAVEWEAR! This Shipping Policy explains how we process and deliver your orders.
1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday – Friday) after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
2. Shipping Costs
Shipping prices are calculated and displayed at checkout based on your shipping address, package weight, and selected shipping method. We offer multiple shipping options through USPS, UPS, and FedEx to provide the best rates and delivery times.
3. Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery Times
- Standard Shipping (USPS): 3–7 business days after shipment
- Priority Shipping (USPS / UPS): 2–4 business days after shipment
- Express Shipping: 1–2 business days after shipment (available at checkout)
Note: Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or high shipping volume.
4. Shipping Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
5. Tracking Information
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped. You can track your package directly through the carrier’s website.
6. Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Packages
PLUR RAVEWEAR is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages after they have been handed over to the shipping carrier. Once the package is marked as “shipped” and tracking is provided, responsibility transfers to the carrier.
- If your package is lost or significantly delayed, please file a claim directly with the shipping carrier (USPS, UPS, or FedEx) using your tracking number.
- For damaged packages, please take photos of the damaged item and packaging and contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
7. International Shipping
We currently ship to select international destinations. International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and additional fees imposed by your country. These fees are the customer’s responsibility and are not included in the shipping cost.
8. Refunds for Shipping
Shipping fees are non-refundable, including in cases of returns. If you need to return an item, you are responsible for the return shipping cost.
